بمجرد تسجيل حساب أو النقر على "موافق"، فإنك تقر بقبولك لهذه الاتفاقية وشروط الخدمة إلكترونياً، وتعتبر نافذة قانوناً من تاريخ التسجيل.
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور ومراقبة كافة الأنشطة في حسابك. يحق للشركة تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب في أي وقت. عند الاشتراك في خطة، سيتم إصدار الفواتير فور التفعيل، ولن يتم تحصيل رسوم خلال الفترة التجريبية (إن وجدت).
تسمح لنا بالوصول إلى معلومات معينة من حسابات الطرف الثالث (مثل فيسبوك) لتشغيل الخدمة. قد نقوم بتخزين هذه المعلومات لمدة تصل إلى 120 يوماً بعد التوقف عن الاستخدام.
تحتفظ شركة Tech Oriented بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق الخدمات أو شروط الاستخدام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك للتعديلات.
تعتبر Every Second AI ومحتوياتها ملكية فكرية حصرية لشركة Tech Oriented. أي تقليد أو اقتباس للنصوص أو البرمجيات أو الأفكار يعرض فاعله للمساءلة القانونية الدولية والمحلية.
العلامة التجارية Every Second AI محمية بالتسجيل لدى وزارة التجارة والصناعة المصرية. يمنع منعاً باتاً استخدامها أو إعادة إنتاجها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
نمنحك ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري للاستخدام غير التجاري. يمنع إعادة البيع أو استخدام أدوات استخراج البيانات أو استخدام الخدمة في أغراض غير قانونية أو احتيالية.
بموافقتك، تمنحنا الحق في التواصل معك عبر الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني لإرسال الإخطارات القانونية أو الرسائل الترويجية والميزات الجديدة.
أنت توافق صراحة على استخدام الموقع على مسؤوليتك الشخصية. تلتزم بتعويضنا عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام غير قانوني أو تزوير في البيانات الشخصية.
نحن غير مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المتوقعة أو الناتجة عن تعطل تكنولوجيا الكمبيوتر خارج نظامنا. يحق لنا تعليق العضوية في حال إساءة الاستخدام.
تعتمد Every Second AI على وسائل دفع إلكترونية متنوعة (بطاقات الائتمان، Apple Pay، وغيرها من البوابات المعتمدة).

You permit us to access certain third-party information (e.g., Facebook) for service operation. Data may be stored for 120+ days even after you stop using the app, rendered in a non-linkable form.

The Every Second AI ideas, codes, software, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Tech Oriented Digital Solutions, protected by Egyptian and international laws.
Associated trademarks are protected by registration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Egypt. Reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-commercial license. Prohibited acts include resale, data mining, or using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or antisocial purposes.
You consent to receive communications via mobile, email, or in-app notifications. Electronic notices meet all legal requirements for written communication.
You use the service at your own risk. You are obligated to compensate for losses resulting from illegal use or providing information not registered in your name.
We are not liable for unforeseeable damages or failures in third-party software. We reserve the right to terminate membership for violations or misuse.
Every Second AI relies on electronic payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure gateways.
